"It is unfortunate that this job still lacks the finishing touches.  What was bid out in Sept. 2005, began in Jan. 2006 took until Aug. 2006 to complete due to constant delays and rescheduling from the PCFD.  It was however, completed in 2 weeks after the final photos were taken.  I was asked at that time to put a hold on this job due to internal indecision / conflict within your department.  I'm sure most of you know what the conflict consists of, anyway my work with the PCFD panel has been complete since Aug. 2006.  I want all participants to know that they are welcomed to email me at anytime if they would like to purchase copies of their photos or a composite of the panel.  Thanks for all your time."  ~Shannon
